Crossroads Food Truck Crackdown Unfair?!?

One of the biggest monthly street gatherings in Kansas City has been dramatically scaled back over insurance concerns. Fact is: FOOD TRUCKS DIDN'T KILL ANYBODY!!! And yet, proximity and guilt by association is impacting this working man's biz. Here's another story showing KCMO treating small time operators poorly. Checkit:

Food truck owner upset by changes to First Fridays

HE SAYS HE'S ANGRY IT WAS MADE BEFORE HE WAS NOTIFIED ALONG WITH OTHER FOOD TRUCK OWNERS. I'M SHOCKED BECAUSE WE FOUND OUT AFTER THE FACT. IN THIS MEMO RELEASED TO THE MEDIA BY THE CROSSROADS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION IT ANNOUNCES GALLERIES, STUDIO SPACES, RESTAURANTS, RETAIL AND SELECT BUSINESSES WILL BE OPEN ON FRIDAY.

  5. He’s got his own people to blame and nobody else, why isn’t he pissed off at them instead?

The blame lies with the black community, they’ve ruined everything.

  6. if you don't like the decision , go to the hood and try to sell your slop food , see how long you last ? Shitty over priced crap sold from a van that has bugs , rats and mice that taste your food order before you do .
