Celebrate Kansas City Trail Hype Lifestyle

An outdoorsy article about local exercise isn't really cause for alarm but CLOSE READERS SHOULD NOTICE LOCAL THINK TANK HYPE THAT KEEPS DEMANDING TAXPAYER CASH for the questionable benefit of backwoods development that never seems to materialize. Take a look:

In Full Bloom

Kansas City's embrace of green space dates back to the late 1800s, when famed landscape architect George Kessler laid out its system of parks and boulevards. A century later, in 1991, the local chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects and Kansas State University drew on Kessler's inspiration to develop MetroGreen.

  1. I especially like the way the evening sun glints of the serial killers blade as it’s driven into your skull.

  2. To go out on any trail in south KC or KC anywhere for that matter is asking for trouble. This girl is out there because she has a photographer with her. Even Burr Oak is not that safe anymore with the naked guy that was out there acting crazy and some of the young kids out there act crazy too. If I go to Burr Oak I carry at least three weapons and have someone with me. Sounds good but it's really not. Sad days we live in.
