MICHEAL: THE COUNTY SAYS IT HAS RECEIVED MORE THAN 14,000 REQUESTS FOR APPEALS. THAT'S NOT COUNTING APPEALS THAT WERE FILED TODAY, AND THEY WER STILL COMING IN. I KNOW LEGAL AID IS TAKING THE BRUNT OF IT TODA THEY'RE FILING APPEALS ALL THE WAY UNTIL THEY CAN GET THE FINAL ONE TODAY.
