A very special episode for Kansas City's GOLD STANDARD of political discourse tonight. A hometown political legend answers a few worthwhile questions. Checkit:
"Mike Shanin talks to Jason Kander about the Veterans Community Project. Mary O'Halloran, Annie Presley, Laura McConwell and Shawn Saving discuss the costs and benefits of tax incentives for Kansas City taxpayers, the implications of the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and KCK evicting the T-Bones team and the effectiveness of gun control measures such as buyback programs and red flag laws."
Take a look:
You decide . . .
Last stop on the publicity tour?
ReplyDeletePublic television softballs? There was only one good question and he ducked it.
DeleteOf course there will be a lot of negativity thrown his way but most of it is just anonymous online garbage. I may not agree with all of his political stances but I respect Kander for the work he's doing. Getting publicity is part of his job and people should look at the work he's doing and who he is helping and before they criticize they should ask themselves: Am I contributing as much?
ReplyDelete^^^ +1
DeleteJason Kander is a fucking pussy.
ReplyDeleteLooks tired. What does he do for a living?
ReplyDelete^^^ Good question. Looks way too stressed out for somebody who is just doing PR.
ReplyDelete8:44, so are you. Weird.
ReplyDeleteWELCOME TO SCHMUCKUS!
ReplyDeleteWhere we, at politically liberal KCPT can't resist joining the PANDERING MEDIA fawning over Jason Pander who swears he's not thinking about returning to politics while he and his wife continue an aggressive high publicity media tour.
FACT: The Panders are unrepentant media whores.
CHALLENGE: How about living a private low-profile life for 1 year with no media exposure? I don't think they're capable of doing it.
^^^^ Damn good call.
ReplyDeleteDamn I am sick and tired of the Landers. Has he ever had a real job?
ReplyDelete^^^ nope, he’s living off gubmint handouts because of his supposed dain bramage.
ReplyDeleteJason is giving Claire and Hillary a run on the go away list.
ReplyDelete^^^But don't worry, your guys are still at the top!
ReplyDelete8:23: +1000
ReplyDeleteThe desktop warriors really like to go after Kander, who actually served overseas rather than at McDonalds, like they do.
Get to work, fellas. Those burgers won't flip themselves.
Fake soldier, fake affliction. Use victim status for political gain. It is a Democrat thing, you wouldn’t understand.
ReplyDelete^^^^Real soldier??? Of course not. We need to bring back the draft.
ReplyDeleteNow flip those burgers.
Jason Kander - I'll roll up my shirt sleeves to look like I'm just a regular guy.
ReplyDelete11:07 !!!!!
ReplyDelete"How about living a private low-profile life for 1 year with no media exposure? I don't think they're capable of doing it."
The authenticity he's seeking would be 10,000% more effective if he could take the 11:07 challenge rather than running for mayor or talking about PTSD for 6 months.
^^How about you go without complaining about anything on a blog for a year??? I don't think you can do it!
ReplyDelete11:08 shut up chimpy
ReplyDeleteHow come local and national news features endless fluff stories with failed liberal candidates like Kander and Claire, but stories on failed Conservative candidates like Kobach are always negative? I don't like any of these people but jesus christ the bias is undeniable and these "journalists" can't lose their jobs soon enough
ReplyDeleteGee. Maybe it's because Kobach's accomplishments are negative while Claire and Kander's were not.
ReplyDeleteNow back to the grill, burger chef.
^^^^ THWAP!
ReplyDeleteNice smack!
^^^^Those burgers are burning. Boss man's gonna be pissed, nazi boy.
ReplyDeleteWhy again is there a buzz about Jason Kander?
