4 people taken to hospitals after crash with firetruck, NKC police say

Four people were taken to hospitals after a crash Friday afternoon involving a firetruck, North Kansas City police said.The wreck happened at 2:45 p.m. at Missouri 210 Highway and Vernon Street.Police said those injured in the crash suffered non-life-threatening injuries.The Missouri Highway Patrol is investigating the wreck.

  1. I've seen a complete disregard for emergency vehicles all across the metro. Everyone thinks they can beat the first responders, and they end up needing them after their stupid stunts. Glad no one was seriously injured. Yield to emergency vehicles - it's the law.
