INDEPENDENCE, MO (KCTV/CNN) -- The Sears store in Independence will be closing in October as the company continues to struggle after emerging from bankruptcy. The parent company of Sears and Kmart, called Transform Co., said Wednesday that it has "faced a number of challenges returning our stores to sustainable levels of productivity.

  13. Fake news and stats 8:44. Trump told us so. Government numbers are phony. Most of what you cited are trends from the Obama expansion that started in 2009.

    In the real world, nearly 95 million people are not in the workforce. GDP is limping along at 2%. People are living paycheck to paycheck. Debt and delinquencies are up. The agriculture community has was killed with Trump's taxes and bankruptcies are highest in a decade. S&P 500 was down 6% last year. The Fed is cutting rates to head off a recession.
