Isn't there some kind of magical technology the city can buy to fix this mess?

Frankie boy is a disaster, why doesn’t he just resign already, he’s too stupid to do anything right. I hope the employees sue the county for the inhumane and sickening third world conditions they work in.

Republicans run Kansas State government and the Docking State Office Building is largely abandoned and has been left to mold in the HVAC system. Please explain how this happened with Republicans running the state?

9:58 and 11:39 are right. It’s only a matter of time before the lawsuits start coming in for hazardous work environment. I hope the county has to pay out their ass.

Sue them for making employees work in, and the public mandatorily show up to, a building three times beyond its viable lifespan, 40 solid years of deferred maintenance, not meeting building code for proper egress safety and not installing a mandatory full building automatic fire sprinkler system in a high rise, elevators that are UNSAFE and lack mandated electrical and fire sprinkler and pressure safety requirements and regulations, and also lack of proper ADA anything, no accessible restrooms on every floor, water fountains, AREAs of refuge, etc. Also the central stair area is one giant unregulated chimney with no proper fire separations
