KCPD officers sue Independence gun store over illegal sale

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Several members of the Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department sued an Independence gun shop after they were injured in a shooting last year. The lawsuit, which was filed Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court, alleges that the Armory KC LLC was negligent when it sold a gun to a convicted felon in violation of federal law.

  2. ^^^+1000000, the feds approved the sale to begin with, fat lazy cops weren’t smart enough to duck and can’t shoot good enough to put down that animal, it took all of swat and half the police dept to put this guy down. Maybe not so much donuts and more target practice will help?
