  2. They promise more cops on the street but wait 2 years and I would guess the number will be the same or less. More than likely the funds will go to bail out the Bass Pro failure.

  3. Still like to know how they intend to collect this tax.
    Most likely result will be that Internet sellers refuse to accept orders with a delivery address in Independence.

    Hopefully someone like Amazon will post a statement as to why Independence residents cannot buy online, so those would-be buyers can exact a revenge at the polling places next election cycle.
