You're actually describing the 20-somethings currently manning the barricades and patronizing the avocado toast restaurants.
These teachers are trying to connect with younger kids, for whom there is at least a chance of helping to deal with the real world.
    Good luck to them!

  4. Any accreditation by the District would be based on false data. A major component of accreditation is that 90% of the students attend 90% of class 90% of the time. This is just not happening at he middle school and high school level. Go to any High School and you will see numerous late arrivals each day some two to three hours late. You will see numerous students skipping inside the buildings and you will see numerous suspensions. Accreditation is just not happening and any data suggesting accreditation is false, manipulated and criminal.

  6. First year teachers literary quit on the job the first week of school. They come in so eager. Decorate their rooms and buy extra supplies with their own money. Then they meet the KCPS scholars and run out crying. Happens every school year. Any long term teacher clearly has mental issues to stay.
