Police push back targets firearm retailers in this legal tactic that has 2nd Amendment implications . . . Check the newspaper promoting the effort:

KC officers sue gun shop that sold pistol used to shoot police in 2018 gun battles

A 25-year-old man, who on Sunday wounded three Kansas City police officers and was later killed in a firefight with officers during an onslaught of police activity that besieged an East Side neighborhood. Marlin Mack wounded three Kansas City police officers with an AK-style semi-automatic pistol last summer during a gun battle that Mack did not survive.

"However, federal authorities later said Mack gave the Independence gun shop false biographical information that allowed him to pass the background check. Because the false information did not match a prohibited record, the request was cleared to proceed, authorities said last August."

So the gun shop is supposed to take the heat for this because he this murderous black lied, and the feds approved it, typical fat lazy ass cops trying to rip somebody else off because they were too stupid to duck and can't shoot worth a damn either.

Automation is replacing patrol officers. Arrest are up and hiring is down means cops have outlived their usefulness like the old brakemen riding the caboose.

The PoPo out for a pay day. Post traumatic stress? Dude you signed up to be a cop. It's not like you would be working a safe job. This lawsuit is ridiculous.

How'd the police union treat it when one of their own got caught selling guns to felons? Did they sue _him_?
