Kansas City firefighters spent Friday night battling a large fire in a warehouse on Troost Avenue near Brush Creek Boulevard.Crews were called about 11:15 p.m. to the area. By the time firefighters arrived to the scene, the fire was fully involved.

Kansas City firefighters spent Friday night battling a large fire in a warehouse on Troost Avenue near Brush Creek Boulevard.

Owner must have gotten an obscene property tax assessment.

I think Jackson County is going to see a lot of suspicious fires due to the tax assessments. Better not cut the FD budget yet......unless the firemen are setting the fires like they did in the 70s and 80s.
