As most TKC readers know, Eapen Thampy is now facing a 10-year mandatory minimum sentence for a federal marijuana conspiracy charge.
Eapen is has been on the forefront on the weed decriminalization effort for more than a decade and he has tirelessly lobbied politicos from across the political spectrum in order to garner better treatment for terminal patients and those who suffer cancer.
