KANSAS CITY, Kan. - After the Unified Government of Wyandotte County and Kansas City, Kansas, evicted the Kansas City T-Bones from a city-owned Village West stadium, effective next month, fans are hopeful the team will stay put. The T-Bones returned home Wednesday for the first time since for a doubleheader against the Lincoln (Nebraska) Saltdogs, which was scheduled to start at 5:05 p.m.

Royals allow lots of homers, lose 8-1

Mike Montgomery and Tim Hill combined to give up four home runs against the second-worst team in baseball. They're so terrible. So are the Royals. The Baltimore Orioles, who entered yesterday with a 39-86 record, took two out of the three games this series. I have nothing witty or funny to say.
