It pretty much speaks to the state of KCMO when the mayor gives an attaboy to a neighborhood just because residents might actually cooperate with the police and do what they can themselves to curb violence and crime.
Why not try to make that spread to the rest of the urban core?

It's nice that USD 500 named a school after Gloria Willis. She is a first class educator and an even better person. She deserves the honor.
