KANSAS CITY, Mo. - In the Kansas City metro area, more than 350,000 people are considered food insecure. Harvesters said nearly 25 percent are children not knowing where their next meal is coming from. Over the summer, the Kansas City Youth Ambassadors program was ensuring 150 children would eat breakfast and lunch, with the help of Harvesters Kids Cafe.

ReplyDeleteThe endangered buildings are endangered because of the crime in the city and also because there are some neighbors in the area mainly Hyde Park that make it a point to run people off when they have helped the neighborhood by restoring those homes. Some of that gang over there have really hurt the city and are very nasty about anyone trying to help the community. Really sad.
If transit becomes free then I will dump this big assed Hyde park house for a loss and be rid of this asshole town once and for all and the east of Troost folks can foot the tax bill! This town is corrupt to the nth degree,
