  1. Damn good. Every tax increase has one or two campaigns.

    It's either the "missing piece" and the very last thing that they'll ask for in order to complete years of work.

    Or, if they don't get it, everybody is going to die. This has been how it has worked for at least 20 years and so far on the rare occasions when they lose neither premise turns out to be correct.
