KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- Racism in our world is sadly nothing new, but it affects children in some very profound ways. The impact is so profound, the American Academy of Pediatrics has released a policy statement on the topic. They hope it will help children in the future.

    I've never seen racism as widespread as it is in the black community.
    Sure, you can find whites who are racist, but there are BY FAR more racist blacks.
