Police: Inmate attacked at temporary KCPD jail
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City, Missouri, police said an inmate was injured Thursday night in an assault at their temporary jail. It happened just after 9 p.m. inside the Heartland Center for Behavioral Change at 1514 Campbell. The inmate told police he was attacked by five other inmates while he was in a bunk area.
During police questioning, one of the suspects suffered a "medical emergency" and died on his way to the hospital. The other three "suspects" sang like Canaries, and the fifth "suspect" was soon identified.
ReplyDeleteAll four surviving "suspects" have been transferred to the "old" Jackson County Detention Facility, and will be provided with beds, toilets, food and water as soon as possible while they await trial. WE WISH!
