13-year-old charged in death of 14-year-old in Olathe
JOHNSON COUNTY, KS (KCTV) - A 13-year-old has been charged in connection with the death of a 14-year-old in Olathe on Thursday. On Friday, the Johnson County, Kansas District Attorney said that the 13-year-old had been charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of Zavier Mendoza.
The crime doesn't happen without an adult (even inadvertently) providing the weapon.
