  1. Past time. Firing him 3 months ago would have been the better decision.

  2. Once again, the diversity hire playbook runs its inevitable course.

  3. What’s $ 750,000

    ReplyDelete
  4. 750,000 dollars? What a disgrace, that would take a person working a real job for 50K about 15 years to equal. He gets that money because of politics and the racial disturbance he created. The system is broken.

  5. Good riddance.

If it costs the district this much money to NEVER make this kind of mistake again, it might be worth it.

  6. Just think of how many resources that is taking away from students. This is the real price of your "social justice" TKC.

  7. Yet another wake up call to all the black folks living in the white racist Lee's Summit... you don't need to be there. Those racist will never accept you or your kids and rightfully so because you guys need to be carving you out a place in your own community. Why do black people who earn good income always flock to these racist white suburbs? Those white people are incapable of being anything but racist. Trying to train white people to not hate black people is like trying to train a dog not to bark or wag his tail. Leave this racist white folks alone people....

  8. ^^^^^^^ EXCELLENT COMMENT.

Not racist but would love to see black families build up places in the 3rd district and communities where they are the majority. Hell, I would be glad to spend my money there some weekends if I was welcomed. It's not discrimination if we can look at building better schools in our urban areas.

  10. Definitely a quitter.
He contributed to partisan racialty and will always be remembered as a quitter who made Lees Summit a little worse off.
For those who argue differently- he gave you the middle finger.
Black, white, green or purple... he left a loser.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Oh, so, now there's no money for that training program to address racist whites/reparations/equal outcomes/equity something-or-other cray crap, huh?

    ReplyDelete
  12. Why are all the black leaders of anything keep losing their job except the Mayor and sheriff? If Peter Baker was black she would have lost her job too, but she takes in Black cock and sucks black balls....so that leaves the Mayor and the Sheriff as to why that white cunt still has a job! Kansas City politics is the greatest politital corruption known to any human who lives here in KCMO Fuck all of that trash!!

  13. Actually I think there was great teaching value here. So-called diversity issues are a con job from beginning to end, diversity hires always end up costing you far more than they're worth, and the exit strategy of any diversity hire always has a woke extortion option.

How many teachers could you have paid for with what you paid this vulgar clown? Field trips? Technology? Transportation? Nurses? Maybe an administrator who had qualifications?

  14. pretty good gig to do a bad job then walk away with 750k. beats
being a cop and getting doused with water.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Maybe if they had actually done there due diligence in hiring him they could have avoided this... Check out his records in Georgia and Hickman Mills... What ever gave them the impression he was qualified for this job???

    ReplyDelete
  16. I would have to work 13 years for that much money. Education is a racket.

    ReplyDelete
  17. David Baty even thought this was a bad hire.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Damn the dude is a pro. That school board is so bad. Property taxpayers in Lee’s summit you been punk’d!!! That’s like ten teachers annual salary and benefits and stuff. All new track equipment plus football team pads/helmets. What a hustler. Don’t hate on a player for playin’. I guess.

  19. While it’s $800,000 more than he’s worth, maybe LS will learn a lesson from it. They’ve definitely put a permanent tarnish on the school’s reputation now. Every board member that voted to hire this grifter should be out the door.

  20. The birth of a grifter.

  21. LS has been too top heavy with administrators and fluff positions...too high of salaries for leaving their teachers to fend for themselves while out trying to play political games/looking for glory BS recognition awards. The people at the top were corrupt, narcissistic and ignorant. They destroyed it for a lot if good teachers and students.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I taught in LS 8 years ago. Wonderful students (high school)... ALL wonderful... white/black/orange/brown... I didn't see color. I saw effort, curiosity, smiles, acheivement, occasional setbacks and progress. I saw souls.

  23. Nice try! Color blind, my eye!7/24/19, 4:06 AM

How wunnerfull, soul sistah @2:49! So, you left LS 8 years ago to teach at the very nice private school your own kiddies attended, huh?

    1. No. They pushed me out because I refused to bully parents and students on IEP's that were asking for modifications (that schools are legally required to provide). They care so much about "protecting the district" and getting huge paychecks at the top, that they view students/families as the enemy. Not so much at the elementary schools but DEFINITELY at the secondary levels.

  24. Total failure of the Board not looking into this guys past. Like you couldn't have seen this train wreck before it jumped the tracks? What morons.
