  1. A lot of the jobs are probably already filled. Seems like that's why so many people were working hard for Quinton because they were made promises.

    1. Quinton owes a lot of people. Too bad the taxpayers are going to have to pay the tab that Quinton ran up.

  2. Question: Will Chris Hernandez the current Dir. of communication, go back to marketing Unicorn Theatre?

Or maybe be box packer in chief when Sly James decamps to AnyPlaceThatWillHaveHim?

Or hey, Jolie JustUs might need someone, when she lands an appointment if anyone will have her...

    So many opportunities!

    1. He probably has to reapply if he wants it. It's gonna be a different gig though.

    2. Tracy stay on your worthless blog and out of KCMO

  3. Does this mean we won't have gopher to tell us how stupid we are not to have voted for Jolie anymore?

  4. We need to get Quinton fitted with a clown suit and bow tie.

  5. Wanted. Nine people willing to sell their soul to the corporate machine.

  6. ^^^Nine people, one soul? Regardless, there will be a long line to fill out employment applications.

  7. I would be happy to go on the payroll as his cocksucker.
    Dude is a fuckin' doll!

  8. Quinton is a fool if he keeps any of Sly's toadies.
To include diaper boy, geezer hater, copro boy and the weird kid.

  9. I'm sure how large the donation you made will have a impact on getting one of the jobs or a family member/friend securing one of them.

  10. Tracy welcome back. Chris Hernandez is the first person I thought about becoming unemployed. I don't think any local T. V. station would have him.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Some of you need to check out how KC government works before you post comments. Hernandez is not in the Mayor's office he works for the City Manager. The position that the Mayor elect is wanting to fill is not the one Hernandez is in. If and when a new city manager comes in then Hernandez could be replaced.

  12. ^^^^^ ... “If and when” ... Troy would be very wise to leave on his own terms.

    ReplyDelete
  13. Good point, 11:33, I forgot that and stand corrected. It has been widely reported that Troy Schulte said he WOULD leave if Quinton was elected. So, toot toot, train might be pulling out of the station.

Just hope Quinton's hires are better than Frank White's.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Hopefully Troy Schulte will take Assistant City Manager-Director of Economic Development Kerrie Tyndall with him if he does leave. This chick has done more damage to the city then him. I'm surprised she's never been scrutinized this past eight years.

  15. Jim Giles, don’t let the door hit you in the ass!!!!! You actively campaigned for Jolie while working. Roaming the halls and going into offices spreading fear. Hopefully you have started packing. If not, you will get an earful every time you come near me.

    ReplyDelete
  16. 10:24, how long have you been incarcerated? He looks like an odd colored basset hound.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Just the latest empty vessel to be elected in KCMO without any really serious ideas or priorities about what municipal government is actually about.
So he'll attract lots of people with their own agendas who will be more than happy to tell him what to do while being paid at the same time.
In no time at all there'll be all kinds big big ideas, plans, and proposals that have nothing at all to do with residents' needs like better streets or safer neighborhoods, but will be touted as critical to "getting KCMO on the map" and "not being left behind".
A few of the names may change from time to time.
But the insider echo chamber, irrelevant priorities, and wasteful spending never do.
    When's the next election, again?

    ReplyDelete
  18. So he's going to do photo ops, tweet, and take selfies with fans while letting thugs sledge hammer citizens over the head.

Our new fake it till you make it Mayor.

    ReplyDelete
  19. He needs to fire the incompetent City Manager and his entire unqualified and picked crew to fill important City jobs.

    ReplyDelete
  20. 12:46,
Maybe so, and I would have him howling like one when I got done with him.
He is still a fucking doll.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Pleeeease, everyone agree to never mention the word, MOMENTUM, ever....on here, or ANYWHERE!

Slie and Jolie overused that word almost as much as Gopher Chrissy did.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Will Quinton be hiring all his fag friends in Lawrence?

    ReplyDelete
  27. This type of bloated bureaucracy is why we always have tax increases.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Listing the job openings is a formality because he'll be hiring his friends and relatives.
