TKC MUST READ!!! KCTV5 CONFRONTS JACKSON COUNTY EXEC FRANK WHITE WITH McCLAIN MANSION QUESTIONS!!!

For insiders, this bit of MSM supposition is a BIG DEAL amid a history of questionable connections for the Exec.

We're not sure what TV newsies are suggesting when note tax disparity but here's the basic premise from a story tipsters sent their way . . .

"KCTV5 News continued digging into documents for the property and discovered the owner is Ken McClain, a well-known attorney and developer in Jackson County. McClain is also a friend of White."

Part 13: Property tax assessments skyrocket in Jackson County, so why is a mansion valued so low

JACKSON COUNTY, MO (KCTV) - Online pictures of a Jackson County property show nothing more than a simple dirt road, but a tip to the KCTV5 News investigative team turned up a lot more questions. Like many other properties in the county, the appraised tax value increased in the last assessment, though not to the level of many other homes.

  1. Frank White is a Democrat raising Jackson County property taxes by 25% to 100%. I don't think King George raised taxes that much on the original 13 colonies. Mike Sanders, Democrat Jackson County Executive and former Prosecuting Attorney, is in prison for fraud.

Not a big fan of the Republicans, but at least they don't have an agenda like the Democrats of taking earnings from hard-working Americans via higher taxes and redistributing to those who don't work to win their votes. Plus, Democrats pad their government salaries and life-time tax payer funded retirement and health care plans with tax payer funds, and earn much more on a median basis than private sector employees due to excessive benefits.

Government workers have better salaries and benefits with their pensions, retiree health plans, tax payer funded travel etc. which is derived from excessive taxation on hard-working Americans in the private sector. The Democrat Party model is similar to the old Soviet Union model which imploded due to an inflated government bureaucracy that the Democrats preach plus like of creative, entrepreneur incentive due to Communism controlling the economy.

  3. Good for Channel 5. Keep digging. Frank White needs to go from his office in the courthouse to a cell in the county jail.

  4. 6:11 The average Federal Employee makes $122,000.00 with benefits, teh average private sector employee makes 61,000.

Isn't Frank's house listed as one of those "Tiny Houses"?

  5. This stinks. Smells like payback for favors done Frank White.

  6. This would be the same McClain that gave Mike Sanders a half-million dollar job, "loaned" Frank White the bail out money to avoid foreclosure, and still has his private art collection being displayed (at public expense for security and insurance) in the courthouse on Independence Square?

  7. I think we've crossed the line from incompetence to criminal here. This is payback for Frank's "loan."

  8. And Frank White keeps ranting about upholding the law! What a pompous hypocrite.

  9. But... but... Frank was such a good baseball player!

  10. Frank White is right about the count legislators. They are cowards if they bring this up at the next meeting. It's past time to start demanding resignations.

  11. BUSTED BUSTED BUSTED But the stupid liberals did this! So liberals you have no right to bitch about this. You knew what Frank White was when you picked him up!

  12. I recall that the property was on the market years ago for 2 million. I would guess that substantial improvements have been made since then. The property is not down a dirt road. There is an iron fence for several hundred feet with a gate at the entrance to a tree lined, paved drive.

  13. Dang, a drone did recon on the "dirt road"!

    Frank, can you say,"Busted!"?

  14. Wow! So that's where part of the popcorn money went!

  15. Scum bag plaintiff's bar at it again in Jackson County. This attorney and his firm make a fortune off of exploiting the legal system and juries. His firm brags about $1.5 billion dollars in judgments on behalf of their "clients". I'm guessing 40% of that went to their pockets - $700 million since 1984. Divide that by 10 attorneys over 25 years and that's $2.8 million a year. Much more likely that a couple of attorneys actually got a bulk of these judgments and this guy has taken in $100+ of that.

But that's just big companies, insurance companies, and "the man" that are paying these verdicts. NO..NO..NO It's a tax on every product us minions purchase. We all pay for these verdicts and this guy is getting rich, giving loans to politicians, gaming the property tax system, and laughing to the bank. \

This is why Plaintiffs' attorneys are in the lower class of the bar - they exploit everything for their gain and justify it if it makes them $$$$

  16. There is more to this then just the obscenely low assessment. First up the fact that this estate is listed as being owned by an LLC that McClain formed and the Secretary of State "dissolved and revoked" it for 'Failure to file a correct and current annual report' many years back as required by state law.

  17. 9:08 is on to something, but that whole Eastern Jackson County Clique of attorneys are tools.

And it applies to all kinds of cases, not just personal injury.

Say you have a real serious criminal charge...get one of the Eastern Jackoff Attorneys with connections and you can get a "real good deal"...if you know what I mean. wink wink

  18. Bing bing bing 9:08. How long will it take for a complaint to be filed with the Missouri bar association over this guy's obvious lack of honesty. Funneling money to politicians through an attorney? Who does that? Why would he do that? If everything were on the up-and-up, why make it a secret? If that's true - there should be a broader investigation of what this guy is up to. I'm guessing the lower assessed value is probably worth approx $2 million $25,000 a year. That's just as bad as stealing $25,000 from taxpayers every year. If this continues to go on, this is $100k's. At the very least, let's have an investigation to see if his address/email comes up in any emails at the appraiser's office. Those are probably being deleted right now!
