An unfinished section of the Park Reserve condo development, which will now remain vacant/Photo by Jeremey Theron Kirby When Ian and Danielle Young first toured their Park Reserve condominium in 2017, there wasn't much to see. In realtor terms, it was a "white box" of studs and sheetrock.

  1. Been through the old hospital next door. It is indeed a complete shithole. This is definitely fraud, I wouldn’t pay a dime more to that place.

  5. Why are there so many condos being built in KCMO and in the JOCO suburbs? I honestly have a tough time believing there are enough people to fill all of these. Some of the condo complexes being built in JOCO are massive.

  6. strange the article doesn't have any pictures from the units or the actual building itself. I wish it would. All the pics seem to be of the undeveloped "third building". I really would like to see how bad it is for the people actually living there.

    1. I would advise you to click on the linked lawsuits in the article. Unreal, what they are describing.

  7. The people who believed the developer's promises are to be pitied. The City is totally responsible for not doing background checks on the thieves who sold them on this great idea for a scary building. The comments about the buyers getting what they "deserved" is just mean. Where's the City's responsibility in this daylight robbery scheme?
