Sprint sells Overland Park campus for below market value
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (AP) - Wireless carrier Sprint has sold its massive Overland Park campus for well below its appraised value under a deal that allows it to lease back office space at a rate well below market value.
THIS is why leaving JoCo is a good idea.
