Show-Me Senator Hawley Antisemitism In Remarks Against Missouri Elite?!?!

Pulled out from the paywall, here's a glimpse at an arguement that deserves consideration as SOME Kansas City Jewish leaders accuse the the newbie politico of a hateful subtext which HINTS of longtime tropes practiced by antisemitic forces.

Here's the premise and to be fair it needs to be clarified that Sen. Hawley has NEVER uttered a critical word against the local Jewish community . . . And there would be very little support for that tactic as Missouri mainstream Conservative religious right leaders have often expressed their kinship with local Jewish leaders along with Israel as the best U.S. ally in the Middle-East. That might be a result of Christian Zionism that some find offensive but it's a widely held (and complex) Midwestern belief nevertheless . . . Checkit:

Missouri GOP Senator trots out anti-Semitic trope during speech before national conservative group

On Tuesday this week, freshman Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) made an appearance at the National Conservatism Conference to deliver the keynote address. His remarks predictably targeted progressive lawmakers and the principles of liberalism in the United States - specifically, he focused his ire on the traditional enclaves of the country's "elite," the largest cities that tend to skew more Democratic and forward-thinking.

Yeah, because "Cosmopolitan" is a commonly known slur against Jews. Fucking idiots.

Wait, hold on. Antisemitism shouldn't bother anyone anymore. Ilhan Omar's regular slurs have been deemed a-ok.

Looks like the leftist language police have taken over the JDL too. They are to be ignored, just like we ignore the racial and ethnic varieties.
