DeleteThe Urban Problems are creeping ever so slowly south. There is now a North Johnson County and a South Johnson County. Worlds apart. All you have to do is drive from the Wyco/JoCo line in the north to the southern edge near the Miami Co. line. You will see what I'm talking about. Beware of the Jungle.
