IPD searching for 3 suspects in overnight shooting at Gates
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A Gates Bar-B-Q employee suffered life-threatening injuries in an overnight shooting in Independence, Missouri. Independence police said three masked suspects entered the Gates location at 10440 E. U.S. Hwy 40 around 2:45 a.m. Monday. One of the suspects shot the employee multiple times as the the suspects were running away.
