Man pleads guilty in robbery that led to officer's shooting
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Another man pleaded guilty Monday for his role in a robbery and kidnapping that led to the shooting of an Independence police officer. Donald Nussbaum, 54, avoided a jury trial by pleading guilty to robbery and armed criminal action, according to court records.
IPD shoots good guys (Kevin Hellebuyck) and they also shoot each other. Initially they claimed Kevin fired at them. then (because of cell phone videos taken) they retracted their lies. Officer Wagstaff is much more forgiving of this deadly incompetence than most people would be. Vote NO on Prop P!
