Kansas City police searching for missing, endangered man
The Kansas City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing and endangered man.Police are searching for Pierre M. McWhirter, 27. McWhirter was last seen at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday in the 10000 block of Hillcrest Road.Police said McWhirter has been diagnosed with a disability that renders him basically nonverbal and makes him suspicious of strangers.
