Soon enough the Lucas gang will arrive with endless new stories of "momentum" and countless ways to give away the taxpayers' money while at the same time completely ignoring the needs of the residents. Voters actually believed that the last mayoral campaign was about neighborhoods, maintaining streets, and public safety? Hahahahahaha!!
^^^^^^^ But KC has so many democrats and they aren't smart people, all they see is Lucas is black and a democrat. That is all that matters to them, given the fact that KC has a huge black population.
KC Film Commission = A good idea, the rest of Missouri should take notice because other towns are competing for that work.
