The Blue Springs Police Department is investigating a complaint about a traffic stop and racial profiling. Police Chief Bob Muenz and residents James Paul Ross, Lori Ross and Rachel Williams discuss the topic. A Blue Springs woman wasn't surprised when the police department recently exonerated an officer in a racial profiling complaint.

  9. I wonder whether the police officer in this case even knew the driver was a black guy before the stop. The same query may be applied to all the traffic stops that resulted in the 91% black driver stop disparity.
