"Nurses at an HCA Midwest hospital are suing to collect $5 million in overtime pay they say they were denied. Menorah Medical Center altered nurses’ time sheets to prevent them from collecting overtime, according to a class-action suit filed in federal court in Kansas. The suit says secretaries at the hospital would add lunch breaks that weren’t taken and clock nurses in and out on time even when they came in early or stayed later..."
