Retail development is a dicey proposition even on the nice side of the bridge . . . Whilst most locals are homebodies who rarely venture outdoors, here's an optimistic glimpse at a suburban attraction hoping to get locals off the couch . . . Will it work???
B&B to build luxury theater, bowling alley in KC's Northland
A new luxury entertainment center is coming to Kansas City's Northland.B&B Theaters said Monday it intends to build a new movie theater and entertainment center in the Platte Purchase Development off of Highway 152 in Kansas City.Called the Twin Creeks B&B Plaza, the complex will house a 12-lane bowling alley with video walls and couches, a full redemption arcade, and an 8-screen theater.
Looks pretty cool to me.
