Kansas City Grocery Store FAIL Blame Game Persists With Social Engineering Scheme

Rather than admit that 12th & Oak doesn't know jack about the grocery biz OR realizing that working toward safe and clean neighborhoods is a much more effective PR campaigns . . . Here's City Hall using scary, Orwellian terminology to explain why everybody hates the Sunfresh and would rather shop anywhere else . . .

KC kicks off plan to repopulate neighborhood in urban core

Kansas City, Missouri, is increasing its investment in the Lipari Brothers Sun Fresh Market at East 31st Street and Prospect Avenue, citing a few challenges. One major hurdle, according to city officials, is a lack of population in the area, but there is now a plan in place to address it.

  1. So the city invested tens of millions of dollars for a grocery store the kolored people demanded because of the so called “food desert” when everybody knew there was no “food desert” to begin with so now, the excuse is, there’s not enough people living near the store to keep it profitable, there’s no one there because of the crime morons, fix the murderous kolored problem and people would be happy to live near there. Drive by 31st and prospect and Linwood and prospect and see the scum of the earth hanging out drugged and drunken filth that have nothing better to do than to rob people and destroy everything. These are some nasty nasty people. But hey, we have massive crimes that need a three year investigation into six employees that received management approved overtime to prosecute, as Mark funkyhouseshit once said “that’s chump change” compared to the crimes sLIE and the clowncil have committed.

It's good to see city hall giving its residents what they need.

  4. How do I get a Dawn Seals and her brother deal. That 2019 assessment of $11K for a big house looks good!

  5. City Hall is defiantly "GIVING" residents what the want not need, and that is freebies.
So when I go to a machine to buy something and it takes my money with nothing in return, do I keep sinking money into it? Get rid of your black problem KC and then maybe.

  6. The KCMO plan all along has been to push the poor out of the inner city so that developers would have an endless supply of cheap land. Developers get huge tax breaks, hipsters get new digs, politicians get contributions and the only losers are the poor who get displaced and the neighborhoods they move into and destroy.

You racist people disgust me. These are poor people who need more massive handouts that you racist white people are willing to hand out.

You brought the black people to American to be your slaves and work for free while beating, sometimes to death and raping their women daily.

All they are doing is paying you back. You brought them all here so now you racist white boys have to and need to take care of them.

    ReplyDelete
  8. And yet I didn’t bring them here. Weird.

  9. Well Byron, then it seems that the proper thing for us "White Devils" to do is ship your asses back to Africa, correct?

I mean, the superior society of Wakanda will welcome you with open arms, won't it?

After all, you have it so bad here that it's impossible to understand why you put up with it when Paradise is only a short airplane ride away.

I think you'd get lots of support for the concept of "Reparations in the form of one-way Tickets".

  10. HAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAH KCMO IS FUCKED

All this property tax shit and what not is such a fucking mess. Anyone paying attention doesn't want to live here and most of us are looking to cross state lines or even city lines

  12. Speaking of money... I bet that 7:24 and 9:49 are a couple of older white dudes who don't have a college degree and are living on very low income, in other words
"poor white trash". These have always been the type of white people who keep the racism and hate going on from generation to generation. Maybe things would be better here in the US is we could ship them back to where they came from.

  15. Wrong, 11:19.

I am old, white, and am living on three pensions that I earned from WORKING!
I am affluent and happier than you can imagine.
You could be someday too, if you weren't wasting your time commenting on a blog instead of earning some cash.

  16. 11:19, you obviously didn’t grow up in a country club set. I assure you there’s plenty of racism among middle and upper classes, they’re just subtle about it.

  17. Younger and dumber @ 11:19 . Burdened with student debt, have a worthless college degree, only job they can get is waiting tables. It’s no wonder they are jealous of us older and wiser. I have my pensions , social security, checking and savings accounts, no mortgage, credit cards paid off each month. Not to mention my 401 which I have yet to touch. Younger and dumber go ahead and shit in your pants that’s the best thing you will ever have .

  18. KCMO’s city government is truly the stupidest entity in the country. $375k to keep a FAILED biz on life support. $100 million to redevelop a crime-ridden shithole of a neighborhood. Oh yeah, definitely the recipe for success. It will work out just like the millions that have been pissed away on the jazz museum year after year. The sooner the city takes a big dose of reality and realizes that you could give blacks the city of Beverly Hills and in 6 months it would be like Detroit, the sooner they can make better fiduciary decisions.

  19. The city finances a grocery store because the neighborhood residents desperately need one, only to find out that there are not enough neighborhood residents to keep the store afloat. So they want to spend even more money to import residents to use the grocery store that was not necessary in the first place.

At every level, politicians and bureaucrats think of citizens as nothing but walking ATM machines. Then they act hurt when they discover that nobody trusts them.

    Drain the swamps.

  20. Forgiyme me for my cynicism at proclamations about re populating the east side when a stones throw away (27th and prospect) the KCPD demolished hundreds of homes (and also felled hundreds of tall trees) to clear land for the ginormous police palace which has done lack squat to help develop or bring any prosperity to the east side, let alone made an impact on our city’s crim problem.

    Thanks,
    Radish

  21. Right... the dumbasses in charge in 2012 evicted predominantly occupied by home owners and leveled their houses for East Patrol facility at 26th and Brooklyn to Prospect. Compound the problem with the City indulging John Modest Miles' rhetoric to tear down vacant house in the blocks south of 27th Street under the theory that vacant houses breed crime. Vacant houses, just like guns, don't cause murder and crime...people do. Instead of holding absentee property owners responsible for their actions or inaction, they needlessly and erroneously branded the people that lived their as murderous thugs. Nevermind the fact Miles was lobbying the City for wads of cash so he could keep his ragedy, blighted and ill-maintained church right where it is. If it was so bad...why didn't he leave? This City is full of propaganda, various news bulletins and it all amounts to pretty much the same thing... bullshit. I live just around the corner of this store and only been in there twice. I will continue to shop outside for my groceries. Only poor people without transportation shop there. No matter how many apartments you build, the dynamic hasn't and won't change. Stop listening to Miles. Let him be a religious nobody. He is certainly no real estate expert.
