1 injured in kidnapping from QuikTrip, subsequent robbery

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City, Missouri, police said a man was injured after being kidnapped and robbed early Monday morning. Officers were called to the 1700 block of Bennington just after 2 a.m. When they got there, they found the victim bleeding from his head.

Kansas City police release photo of person of interest in Monday's homicide

Kansas City police are asking for the public's help in identifying a person of interest in a homicide. Officers responded to a report of gunfire shortly before 6 a.m. Monday and found a man's body on the sidewalk near 35th and Montgall Avenue.
