KANSAS CITY 2019 HOMICIDE: POLICE INVESTIGATE MURDER NEAR MYRTLE AVE!!!

From our vantage it looks like authorities don't want to update the KCMO homicide count until the conclusion of the weekend, so we'll wait to report the number. It's anywhere between 65-67 but the preliminary estimates haven't changed since Wednesday . . .

Here's the narrative for today's killing . . .

Officers responded shortly around 4:45 a.m. to East 93rd Street and Myrtle Avenue in response to a disturbance call. When police arrived, they said they found a dead man at the scene.

Police did not release the cause of death, but said they are investigating the situation as a homicide.

The location is at Nob Hill Apartments and Townhome, an area that has seen several shootings and murders over recent years.

The Kansas city bureaucrats have absolutely no control or leverage when it comes to crime and violence
