Kander To Lead Expansion For Group Trying To End Veterans Homelessness

After a few months away from the public spotlight, Jason Kander is back. But Kander isn't venturing into the electoral arena. Instead, he's leading the national expansion of a group that is trying to eradicate homelessness among veterans. Kander announced on Monday he's joining Veterans Community Project, a Kansas City-based organization that provides assistance and housing to veterans.

  4. Shouldn't the people donating money to this cause be told if Pander is being paid, and if so, how much?
    After all, he needs to take some time off when Mayor Pete comes to town and probably any of the other Dem presidential candidates he can schmooze looking for his next gig.

  7. Hope Mayor Pete understands that Pander's enthusiastic support of him will very quickly fade as Pete's polling numbers go south or if pretty much anything that is more advantageous for Pander happens to come along.
    Pander was all-in for his crusade against voter suppression until it became obvious that it was no longer a vehicle for his "presidential" campaign.
    Then....abandon ship!
