No one should ever lose their home because they can't pay their property taxes.

    This is crime.

If he won't admit that a mistake has been made, then he should be removed from office by any means necessary, as soon as possible.

He is not being a servant of the people; he is playing at being a dictator.

  2. Is anything like this going on in VA, where you live? What blog are you on there so I can comment on that one?

  3. Can anyone say how Frank White got the top job in Jackson County with NO experience? I'm guessing it was a popularity contest because he used to be on a winning team.

  4. 12:33, you are correct. And the dolts of JaCoMo were happy to oblige.

  5. When he resigned as county executive, Mike Sanders arranged the whole thing for Frank. He then got a $60K "consulting contract" from Frank, and later helped Frank get some under the table bailout money to avoid foreclosure. Then when Frank did run essentially nobody would run against him because of his ex-jock popularity. Now it turns out Frank was basically an ineligible candidate because to be qualified to be on the ballot you can't owe on your taxes.

  6. Using the word "qualified" in the same sentence as "Jackson County" or "KCMO elected official is an oxymoron on steroids.
There are NO qualifications, interest in local government, or track record of accomplishment necessary.
And that, sadly, is endlessly repeated election after election.
The public's taxes are poured into the gaping maw of this incompetence waste operation and it has become a perpetual motion machine.
    When's the next election?

  7. Sly ran for mayor without having paid his taxes.

    Star protected Sly as usual.

Laws were made to be broken?

Mac Inerney shyster defended Slyme in court and frequently on Ruck Us show.
