I hear the irrelevant and ineffective council person Teresa Loar is in that documentary. She’s in the background trying to photo bomb the frame with her “Renovate KCI to the bones!” sign in one hand and a red plastic to go glass in the other. Viewers will see her hold that red glass steady and firm. Council person Loar is allot of things, but she has never been one to spill a drink.
