Family speaks out after teen gunned down in Raytown park
Rayauna Hill, 17, was fatally shot early Saturday in Raytown's Sarah Colman-Livengood Park.Raytown police said when officers arrived about 12:30 a.m. people at the park were rendering first aid to Rayauna. She was taken to a nearby hospital where she later died.
