I was gonna throw a bit of salt on this list and share some divisive quip about how hipsters don't know their stuff BUT this one deserves credit:

The research is solid and I can only thank Heaven that these detail-orientated have not yet located "Captain Taco" my favorite Chino/Latino dive located at the nexus of Meth Town & Northeast.

Seriously, for those looking to up their triglyceride count, this is the definitive guide:

We probably have more Mexicans than San Antonio. We need them. We have more grass to mow and roofs to fix.

Our food isn’t as good as theirs is, people here don’t know dick about real Mexican food and are happy with frozen pre made enchiladas.

^^^^^ @ 10:23 Sounds like you have been cheaping out. There are a lot of family own Mexican restaurants in the metro area that make everything from scratch including their chips and salsa and they are owned and run by Mexicans.

You know Taco Bell isn't one of them.

Mexican food in Kansas City is simple...
There's Teocali!
Then, starting with Taco Bell, there's everything else.

Hilary wanted mexican trucks on every corner not restaurants.

Taco Bueno is awesome!
It’s authentic.
A recent survey said 4 out of 5 dentists recommended Trident gum for their patients that chew gum.
Or maybe it said it was for tacos?

That post is wasted on this blog’s readers. They only ever go to Bob Evans to eat. Last time I checked, out Mexican restaurants did not serve tapioca either.

@7:35, we have "Mexican trucks" on every corner, where do you think Chevrolet, GMC and Dodge pickups are made?
