Some Conservatives Claim Missouri Sen. Hawley Too Faithful To Right-Wing Dogma

The Federalist called out the Missouri Noob politico as part of "a shortsighted faction on the right (which) has unwittingly argued itself into a scorched-earth litmus test unrelated to judicial philosophy."

Here's the prog hot take on the hardline Missouri dude who hasn't yet learned that D.C. politics is an inside joke played on the poor and powerless.

The one man most likely to turn the U.S. into a theocracy

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) is having a moment. Last month, Hawley tore into a Trump judicial nominee. The nominee's sin? Michael Bogren had the audacity to represent a Michigan city that wanted to enforce a civil rights ordinance against Catholic business owners who believe they have a constitutional right to discriminate.

  1. I’m with Hawley on this one, a business should have the right to turn down anyone’s business they don’t want, use the fags suing the Christian bakers as your prime example. Harold Penner’s is no different, everybody knows they don’t do business with white people and I’m ok with that.

  2. Oh yeah? Try hanging a sign on your business's door saying
"No Filthy Catholic Pedophiles Allowed Inside"
    and see what happens.

  3. ^^^The business would start getting only clean Catholic pedophiles?

  4. Or only PROTESTANT pedophiles?

  5. Or Baptist, public school teachers and mooselimb pedophiles, oh the humanity!

  6. Take out the word "Catholic" and insert the word "Muslim." All of a sudden, it's a whole different ballgame. I'm sure Muslim-owned businesses aren't big on gay weddings. So what's worse? Islamo-phobes or Homo-phobes?

  7. ^^^^ Good point. Hawley is out of the mainstream in this.
