KCPD investigates shooting, possible kidnapping along Lister
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Police in Kansas City, Missouri, are investigating a shooting and possible kidnapping Sunday afternoon in the 2800 block of Lister Avenue. Around 3 p.m., officers were dispatched on a shooting at that location. Initially, KCPD was told the shooting was a self-inflicted, accidental shooting.
