One of the problems with the Death Penalty is all of the inmates who have been proven wrongly convicted since the availability of DNA.
You can release the wrongly convicted from prison, but you can't resurrect the wrongly executed.
When it comes to condemning someone to death, "beyond a reasonable doubt" isn't good enough.
