Kansas Death Row Right To Life?!?!

TOPEKA, KS (AP) -- A recent Kansas Supreme Court ruling declaring that the state constitution protects access to abortion opened the door to a new legal attack on the death penalty.

One of the problems with the Death Penalty is all of the inmates who have been proven wrongly convicted since the availability of DNA.

You can release the wrongly convicted from prison, but you can't resurrect the wrongly executed.

When it comes to condemning someone to death, "beyond a reasonable doubt" isn't good enough.
