KANSAS CITY, Mo. - A thief who stole more than $5,000 worth of perfume told police she made "pounds'' of money selling the ill-gotten goods. Tierica Hervey's lucrative crime spree ended this week when she was charged in Jackson County District Court with three counts of stealing over $750, according to court documents.
