Worse than Watergate? They're all terrible: 6-17-19

Today is the 47th anniversary of the Watergate break-in. Which led to the Watergate scandal. Which led to the resignation of President Richard M. Nixon. Which led to today's debate about whether the current scandals -- some of which are...

  1. Billy-Boy is only "disillusioned" because he has stamped his little feet and held his breath every time that Trump takes a shit, and Trump is still the President.

  2. Just think what could be accomplished if they would all work together as they were elected to do.

  3. For a person who purports to write about "faith," Tammeus seems awfully interested in banging the drum for his personal, political/ideological agenda.

You would think a "faith" writer would seek to transcend the idiocy and hypocrisy of a rigged game like politics. This guy's faith seems to be rooted in trying to draw small-town internet clicks by being just another disingenuous, partisan hack.

On a much smaller scale, perpetual-victim Tammeus bleats out the same sort of annoying noise that occurs when that internationally respected scientist - Pope Francis - weighs in with his absolute proclamations on climate change

  5. Yes, Billy Tammy is your typical lib clown. No surprise there.

But Watergate? Billy, the emerging story is pretty clear. The Nixonian overreach here was on the part of the Obama administration, who spied on the Trump campaign and used a weaponized DOJ to attack it. That's why Comey, Brennan, and the rest are all backpedaling away from each other now. In fact, the Obama antics make Watergate look like kindergarten. Sorry, but more comes out about this every day.

  6. Billy will ignore, the coming firestorm over the illegal, "treasonous" surveillance of Trump by unelected, highly stationed bureaucrats in the CIA, DOJ, State Department when indictments are in hand.

The corruption, malfeasance, "treason" and premeditated criminal intent from the Progressive/Fascist/Democrats that he aids and abets will be ignored as he prattles on about "obstruction" of a crime that was proven by his hero Mueller to be non existent will continue. Bellum Ipsum Allet.

The lies, ledgerdemain and misdirection inflicted on naive and uninformed Americans over the last two years, assisted by worthless hacks like Billy Tammy and worms in the 4th Estate, who have abrogated ANY semblance of journalistic responsibility in pursuit of totalitarian control of and the destruction of the middle class, is in anyone's religion, a mortal sin.

Billy should pen a column on Karma.

  7. Chuck, are you referring to the deep state that Trump basically debunked himself in his interview with Stephanapoulous?

BTW, why the fuck do you put "treasonous" in quotes? Are you quoting someone, not familiar with the definition of treason?

Unfortunately for the rest of the country, there are many, many weirdo tin foil hat wearing dipshits like Chuck living and breathing here.

  8. Ouch, a lib/prog must have been butt hurt by Chuck's accurate screed.

  10. Nixon was far more unpopular than Trump and that was back in the days before Fox News. Not really a fair comparison.

    ReplyDelete
  11. ^^^^So would you consider John Dean guilty of treason?

I guess one person's "treason" is another's patriotism.

  12. Just remember chuck has gotten his ass beat multiple times by the "blacks". He likely has some brain damage from it.

  13. 8:31 was in response to 8:28.

8:29: Actually Nixon won 49 of 50 states in 1972. Trump didn't even win the popular vote except in his own mind.

  14. Has anyone noticed that the films of the protests in Hong Kong are actually films of Trump's inauguration? The crowds are HUUUUUUGE!

    ReplyDelete
  15. ^^^Those are actually films of Biden for president rallies. The attendees are some of his Chinese campaign contributors. They are the children of Bill Clinton's bag men.

  18. 8:31,

John Dean was a criminal who snitched on the higher ups so that he could bargain his sentence down. It worked. But he was no saint.

He has sucked on the liberal media titty ever since.
He was a smarmy rat in 1973. He is a smarmy rat now.

    ReplyDelete
  19. No argument here. But was he guilty of treason?

Chuck Colson, by the way, is also smarmy in an "I've turned religious (wink wink), so that makes it all right" way.

  20. Watergate was about a Republican President trying to get inside information on his opponent's campaign, and hopefully gather "dirt" that he could use. Since his Campaign Staff proved to be an unscrupulous pack of "stumblebums", Nixon was forced to try for a cover-up, and had to resign in disgrace.

This is NOTHING like the situation we have today!

Today we have a President who brags that he would accept "dirt" on his opponents from Foreign Governments, (and dares call opposition to him "Treason") and who sent his stumblebum Son on a wild Goose chase for "dirt" in 2016 (but that's wasn't "Treason").

Nixon may have been crooked as hell, but at least he had some sense of dignity and respect for the Office he held.

He, incredibly, is looking like a paragon of honor compared to the disaster infesting the White House today.

Don't forget that a Russian Operative, Maria Butina, is serving a Prison Sentence for her role in funneling Russian money into Trump's Campaign through Wayne Lapierre and the National Rifle Association, but this is not being called "Treason".

  21. Anyone pushing for impeachment is just a sad person

I'm saying this as an apolitical guy

  22. ^^Thanks, but blame the republicans. They sent the bar for impeachment. As was done to the dems, so in turn must be done to the repubturds.

  23. Don't impeach Agent Orange. Let the people have their say next November. It will be faster and cheaper.

  24. Keep dreaming, you blinkered, silo-Socialist morons. Your Fascist buddies on the left worrying so much about "The Orange Man" will soon, be WEARING orange.

  25. Mmmmm. Usually fascists are seen as right-wingers, but why let facts get in the way of a good rant?
