KANSAS CITY 2019 HOMICIDE #61: POLICE DISCOVER MAN SHOT DEAD ON STREET!!!

Despite the new plan to curb local crime, here's a glimpse at the ongoing urban core slaughter that continues to outpace last year's numbers.

One man was shot to death Sunday in east Kansas City

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Police responded to a reported shooting around 1:30 p.m. on Sunday in the 2300 block of East 28th Street in Kansas City, Missouri. Upon arrival, KCPD officers located an adult male with a gunshot wound in the street.

As usual, we’re getting smoked by Baltimore. They are up to 148. Our hood rats are slothful and inept compared to theirs.

The narrative is the $25000 finders fee is supposed to slow down the murderers.

The koloreds are rolling up the numbers now! This is great news!

I’m guessing Quinton won’t be visiting the murder scenes huh, Petersucker gave up going, too many families are pissed off she keeps letting people go.

The threat of punishment does not deter crime. It never has & it never will. Your murder rate might actually go up as this reward pits people against each other even more than they already are.

Instead of pretending that a wall will stop illegal drugs from coming through our ports of entry, we should be working with our southern neighbors to destroy the cartels. That will make the numbers drop more than anything the locals try to do.

Not to mention that somebody else was shot near 28th Olive or Wabash at 2:00pm this afternoon... where are the promises that suggested building a police station and evicting people from homes they own, not rent, waa going to make the area safer. And the news made no mention of it. Fuck you Sly James... may you rot in hell.

409, I feel your disappointment, but have you figured into the equation that Baltimore’s population is about 150k greater than KC, and negroes outnumber whites there by nearly 2 to 1? I’m sure we’re still way behind, but that might help our numbers a little bit.

Our criminal justice system would be more effective if it concentrated on making punishment more certain and more swift rather than more harsh.

But freaks like my brother Byron and psychological claims are wrong. Today's criminals have no fear of doing wrong and have no fear of the so called death penalty that never happens in any consistency now days.Individuals probably don’t think too much about how bad it would be to be punished. After all, by committing the crime, they have likely already concluded that they won’t be caught and punished. That makes the severity of the punishment largely irrelevant to deterrence. A person doesn’t worry about how severe a punishment is if she is already convinced it won’t be inflicted on her.

Doing crime in Kansas City you have odds on favor of not being caught. You also have odds on favor of not doing any real time if any.

So no punishment isn't a deterrent to those who break the law and are never caught and have to truly answer for their crimes. That's why the run out and do it again.
