JACKSON COUNTY UNDERWIRE BRA STORY FLOPS GIVEN POINTED DENIAL BY AUTHORITIES!!! CAN WE SQUEEZE THE TRUTH OUT OF THIS SORDID SITUATION?!?!

Yesterday a great many local lawyers got a lot off their chests . . .

FOX4: Over 70 attorneys sign letter to Jackson County leaders about new security policies

Deets;

More than 70 attorneys wrote a letter to Jackson County Sheriff Darryl Forte, saying the new policies, as they are currently implemented, create disparities for clients and lawyers.

The letter was also addressed to the Jackson County counselor, County Executive Frank White Jr., Jackson County Detention Center Director Diana Turner and County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker.

The universal screenings require everyone, regardless of their titles, to pass through a metal detector before they enter the jail. If you can't pass through, you can't go inside the jail's secure perimeter. There are no exceptions.

But some women who are attorneys said they can't pass through the metal detectors because their underwire bras set them off. They said that leaves them facing a humiliating dilemma of either taking off their bra or sacrificing time with clients.

Forte and Turner have both said no one was asked or ordered to remove their bra.

The last line is important and that's why it was highlighted.

Whilst we want to be sensitive and operate fairly in such a supple situation wherein the pinch of criticism could send the wrong message . . .

THE DENIAL BY JACKSON COUNTY AUTHORITIES AND NO PROOF OF BRA REMOVAL COERCION BASICALLY DEBUNKS THIS STORY!!!

Again, to be fair . . . TKC will happily investigate a topless situation but that's not what's happening and there's no proof of anything close to that . . . Instead, the only thing we know for sure is that a great many women feel self-conscious, pressured and insecure about their bras which is more than understandable and it's up to gentlemen like the readers of TKC to offer a firm hand of support.

You decide . . .

  1. This is dumb.

Only chuckled once. The "firm hand of support" line caught me by surprise.

  4. Obviously some of you incels (lookin at you Dave) never had a girlfriend, or a real woman. Girls with a D cup and up need those damn wires to hold them in, otherwise those puppies scoot-around, up, down and sideways with any type of physical exertion. Lawyerin’ must be some heavy lifting.

  5. They never told women to do anything with their bras. That's the point. This is a fake news story. Glad this blog is calling B.S.

  6. "Sexual harassment they CANT'T make a women take her bra off and they CAN'T dictate what bra a women can wear!!!!!"

But they CAN and WILL not let the women pass through security if what they're wearing sets off the metal detector.

They have to dress properly to appear in court, so the fact that they have to dress properly to enter the jail should be no problem.

  8. Those guards get away with murder down there, ye of little memory. Did y’all forget about the rapes, drug and phone smuggling going on down there? Those guards they’ve hired are mostly from foreign countries (Somalia) and to them shit like this is normal. I’m still 50/50 on what actually happened. Won’t be surprised either way with this one.

  9. For 10:30 I posted on this issue two days ago and my wife who had to clear security checks several times most days didn't have to use metal wires in her bras. They make plastic pieces that replace the wire which is what she used.

There are ways to deal with it and real professional women and not whiners like you know how to do such.

  10. SuperDave is right. Most large cup brassieres do not contain wire except for the hooks in back.

  11. Shake them big ol titties, bitches! Hell yeah!

  12. 12:59 And the hooks in the back are apparently enough to set of the jail metal detectors. I'm sorry but this is a REAL story, and fuck-up Forte is going to wind up costing more of our taxpayer dollars for lawsuits and legal fees.

  13. Evidently the lawyers with large tits needs to spend some of their money for a breast reduction surgery taking themselves down to pimple size.

  14. Just let them hang

  15. Girl in the pic could use some underwire support.

  16. Tracy, this DD never buys bras without underwires, so I don’t know what you are talking about. The plastic ones are quite expensive, and tend to break and sometimes draw blood when they breakthrough the material, not worth the expense. This is not just attorneys being affected, all the jail staff is being required to comply, these are people making 9-15 an hour. No other facility has this regulation, it is a stupid rule, there has never been a known case of an underwire being used as contraband, ever!

  17. ok, fine, well at the very least the policy fucked up one solid work day b/c there was no notice that their underwire bra and by extension, their tits, were going to be officially identified as potentially lethal weapons in the court house.
