Court Ruling: Planned Parenthood Allowed To Continue As Last Missouri Abortion Provider

The case might define the 2020 election and continues to work it's way through byzantine Missouri laws. Take a look:

Abortions Can Continue at St. Louis Planned Parenthood Clinic, Commission Says

click to enlarge A Missouri state commission has ruled that Planned Parenthood can keep performing abortions while its appeal is pending. Missouri Administrative Hearing Commissioner Sreenivasa Rao Dandamudi granted Planned Parenthood's motion to stay the case this morning, writing that it "has an active license that shall remain in effect for the pendency" of its case with the commission, as the Post-Dispatch first reported.
